Terms and Conditions

For participating in our workshops, please register on our website by clicking on the 'More information' link and fill in the form. Usually, our workshops will begin at 5:30 p.m. in classroom 511, Burnside Hall (unless otherwise stated). Please note, that workshops with less than 5 registrations might be cancelled (of course, we will inform you about a cancellation).

In case, you cannot make it to the workshop: All registrations can be cancelled until 24 hours before the event starts. Please cancel by writing us an e-mail to gicsupport@mcgill.ca. If you cancel afterwards or do not cancel at all the following applies:

  • for students: you might be barred from taking part in any workshop at the GIC for the rest of the academic term. This measure is in place to not displace other interested participants.
