Introduction to using ArcPy
Are you interested in streamlining your GIS workflows and maximizing your productivity? Join us for an introduction to Arcpy, a powerful Python library for automating and performing geographic information system (GIS) tasks. In this session, you will learn the basics of Arcpy and discover how it can help you perform tasks such as data management, spatial analysis, and mapping.
–   Introduction to Arcpy and its capabilities
–   Accessing and manipulating GIS data with Arcpy
–   Automating GIS workflows with Python scripts
–   Using Arcpy to perform common GIS tasks
Prerequisites: Familiarity with the ArcGIS software, Basic understanding of Python

The workshop takes about 2.5 hours and will be taking place in-person in Burnside BH511. The instructor will be Yanbing Chen.
