By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Work comfortably with ArcGIS Online
  • Create a map in ArcGIS Online
  • Display data in a functional and visually appealing way
  • Find and retrieve data and layer files from the Living Atlas
  • Create your own StoryMap through ArcGIS Online
  • Publish your own StoryMap through ArcGIS Online

Prerequisite: None!

Requirements: ArcGIS Online account (please contact us at gicsupport@mcgill.ca at least one day in advance of the workshop).

This workshop will be around 2-3 hours in Burnside Hall 511, COVID restrictions allowing, deviating from our usual pattern on a Wednesday! The instructor will be Meghan Ewing.
