Part of the GIC facility is room 512, a multi-media meeting room equipped with a large monitor and white board. This room can seat 12 people and is available for general booking by students, staff and faculty for group meetings only (3 and more persons). You can also borrow our video conferencing system; ask a GIC staff member for set up ahead of time. The room is located on the South-East corner of the 5th floor of Burnside Hall, next to the interactive learning classroom BH511.
The room can be booked for up to three hours daily and up to six hours a week.
The GIC can rescind the booked appointment at any time if deemed necessary.
