By the end of this workshop, you will be able to…

  • Obtain a basic understanding of remote sensing data processing concepts (radiometric/ atmospheric corrections and geocorrection)
  • Explore spatial and spectral dimension of hyperspectral imaging data with ENVI (environment for visualizing images) software
  • Understand how to calculate and apply spectral indices

Prerequisites: Introduction to Remote Sensing with ENVI or equivalent

This workshop will be held in-person at the GIC, BH511 (unless the public health situation suggests online) and will take about 3 hours. Registration is open until noon on the day of the workshop.
