Cancellation policy: All registrations can be cancelled until 24 hours before the event starts. If you cancel afterwards or do not cancel at all the following applies:

  • for students: you might be barred from taking part in any workshop at the GIC for the rest of the academic year. This measure is in place to not displace other interested participants.
  • for all others: 50 % of the fee is levied to cover administrative costs.

If you cannot find the workshop you are interested in, please come by the GIC and talk to the director or drop us a line. We might offer it soon.
